The Marley MkII Rev.b is a high-performance headphone amplifier equipped with everything you need
for first-class headphone listening.
Its low-noise discrete-component design with FET input delivers crystal-clear power to every type of headphone.
Total absence of background noise, even with the most sensitive headphones, is ensured by an ultra-low-noise dual regulator.
Up to 10Vrms max output voltage (20Vrms at balanced output) allows every headphone model to express itself to its fullest.
The Marley MkII Rev.b is very versatile: apart from the availability of unbalanced and balanced inputs, it has a three-band tone control
to allow the user to match the frequency response of the Marley MkII Rev.b to that of his headphones on his ear. The tone control can be turned off.
Even older stereo recordings (suffering from the so-called “ping pong effect” caused by excessive channel separation) can be made more enjoyable by activating the cross-feed circuit.
Perfect matching with all types of headphones is also achieved by selecting the output impedance between Lo-Z, 10 Ohm and 47 Ohm.
A recorder output and a pre output (which duplicates the unbalanced output on RCA connectors on the rear panel) allow the Marley MkII Rev.b to be used as a true preamplifier.
The Marley MkII Rev.b can be operated by the front panel controls and IR remote control.
